Wonderful hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its comfy location.
They provided a huge variety of great choices for breakfast that was included. My room included central heating, flat-screen television, and a fridge: D

Newly renovated, including pool/spa.
We stayed in the older part of the hotel, but toured the newly constructed section. The pool/spa area was wonderful. The new rooms were nice, but I was shocked at the price - over $230 for a room with a hot tub! I can get a full suite, complete with living room at the Micro Hotel and Holiday Inn Express for half that amount. And breakfast is included.

The rooms here were simple but super clean, equipped with 2 cozy double beds, a relaxing hot tub, and a cool set of 6 chairs for chilling 😌.

The front desk person Fri evening went above and beyond the call to help us get installed in the room. My husband uses a walker and she even moved her car in the parking lot to allow us to be closer to the entrance.
The room was comfortable but was not very clean. It was near the construction (right outside the door) and the room had evidence of that fact. Could have used a good vacuuming to make it look lots better, especially the floors. The price of the room should have been reduced to reflect the fact that we were in a construction situation. We did not know that we could get breakfast on site until after we had checked out (too late)

I appreciated that my room was upgraded (at no extra cost) to a small suite - the result of road construction outside the hotel. My "non- smoking" room however, just plain reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I would normally have requested a different room, however I was fully dressed in my police uniform, and felt it inappropriate to create a fuss under such conditions. I slept very badly and woke up, still smelling stale smoke throughout the entire room. The kitchenette floor in the main area was sticky and dirty. I must say that I will definitely have to think twice about ever wanting to stay at a Best Western Hotel again. I also paid out of my own pocket to be your guest that night. I am an Auxiliary (volunteer) police officer with the Ontario Provincial Police, as was asked to travel from my home in Ottawa, in order to assist with a two-day event in Hawkesbury. Sorry guys... You really let me down.

The unit we got was brand-new with a book, a hot tub, for example. The rate was $ 192. Location: the hotel was close enough to Montreal or Ottawa, the waterfront, and Ottawa. There was an in-house restaurant nearby. The terrific service and the attention to detail! They offered ironing at no cost too.
